Kiareki Wig Commission Info 

The price shown is for standard products. It mainly includes:craftsmanship fee + material fee (base wig, cake box, etc.) + shipping fee + 4 changeable bangs

Before Ordering

1️⃣If you place an order directly, it will be made in the style shown in the picture by default. But I’ll email you to confirm the details before I started. 

By commissioning me, you agree to my styling and workmanship.

The final style is based on what we agreed upon when ordering.

Minor detail changes are acceptable after completion, but no major full restyling.

Cancellations or backing out for any reason are not accepted. 

Handmade items: deposit is non-refundable after payment.
If you want to change the character, you may discuss with me before styling starts.

I will arrange my schedule accordingly.

For rush orders:

• I do not accept rush orders needed within 1 month

Full Price

= craftsmanship fee + material fee + packing fee + shipping fee 

(rush fee not included)

1. craftsmanship fee

(default: full-head crimped texture)

2. Material fee: mainly the base wig, glue, and other.

Extra accessories (hair clips, horns, etc.) are charged separately.

3. Packing fee: depends on wig size

Materials: foam head, ribbon, pins, cake box, carton, foam, edge protection, etc.

4. Shipping fee:The cost will be determined based on your address and the actual size of the packaged wig.

Deposit+balance

Each is 50% of the total price

1. Deposit: non-refundable, confirmed upon payment

2. Balance: paid before shipping; please confirm you are satisfied with the style first

After Delivery & After-Sale

1. Please pick up your package promptly.

Damage caused by delayed pickup is not covered by after-sales service.

2. Please film an unboxing video. No video = no after-sales support.

3.For shipping damage, please claim directly with the courier.

Wigs are handmade; perfect replication is not guaranteed, but I will do my best.Minor handmade traces are normal.
